In this role, you'll support patients with end-stage renal disease directly at their care facility, helping deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate treatment.\n\nPrior Dialysis Experience is Required \nActive State Certified Chronic Hemodialysis Technician License Required\nDSD Skilled Nursing\nNo On Call\n3x12 hour shifts\n\nLocation: 499 Pine Brook Rd., Lincoln Park, NJ 07035\n Responsibilities\n\n Deliver dialysis care on-site in SNFs under RN supervision\n Prepare and operate dialysis machines\n Monitor patient vitals and document treatment details\n Assist with infection control and equipment disinfection\n Educate patients on treatment and care plans\n Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nurses, dietitians, social workers)\n\n\n Requirements\n\n\n Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent\n Comfortable with blood, needles, and mixing dialysis solutions\n Ability to work on your feet for extended periods (12+ hour shifts)\n Willingness to float to different facilities as needed\n Flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)\n Preferred: CNA, CMA, CHT, BONENT certification, or relevant experience\n\n\n What We Offer\n\n\n Paid training with ongoing education and career paths\n Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off\n Family support: backup child/elder care, Headspace, EAP, parental leave\n Career development Programs: Clinical Ladders, Bridge to Your Dreams RN program\n\n\n Make a direct impact where patients need it most.
