Commercial HVAC/R & Hotside Salesperson

Commercial HVAC/R & Hotside SalespersonAnderson Mechanical Inc. is seeking a driven Commercial HVAC/R & Hotside Salesperson to help grow our commercial division along the Mississippi Gulf Coast and surrounding territories. This role is focused on generating new business, building relationships, quoting projects, and closing sales for commercial HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and hotside equipment. We need someone who is comfortable getting out in the field, identifying opportunities, meeting with customers, and helping move projects from first contact to sold job.What this person will do:Generate new commercial accounts and sales opportunitiesBuild relationships with contractors, property managers, restaurants, facility managers, and business ownersConduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutionsPrepare estimates, proposals, and bidsFollow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipelineCoordinate with operations, service, and installation teams to help ensure successful project handoff and executionHelp grow service agreements, replacements, upgrades, and equipment salesWhat we're looking for:Experience in commercial HVAC/R, mechanical sales, or commercial equipment sales preferredHotside equipment knowledge is a plusStrong communication, organization, and closing skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyValid driver's license requiredWhy join us:Anderson Mechanical offers the opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding its commercial reach and looking for someone who wants to make a direct impact.
