Job Description

Conduct product research and competitor analysis to understand consumer preferences and marketing dynamics in the USA. Defining product direction, market positioning, and commercial requirements. Defining product specifications, features, and performance requirements based on market demands. Generating creative and innovative ideas and concepts for new products or product enhancements. Creating prototypes and conducting testing to validate product designs and functionalities through oversight of formulation, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful product development, GMP compliance and timely launch. Monitoring product development timelines, budgets, and quality standards at an executive management level. Conducting feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the viability and profitability of new products, while technical feasibility assessments are prepared by subject-matter experts and reviewed and approved. Managing product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and other marketing collateral, through coordination with scientific, regulatory, and commercial teams.
