The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and develop long-term client partnerships. This role requires a proactive professional who can effectively manage the sales pipeline, understand customer needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding client solutions. Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales and growth targets. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients. Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing recommendations. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems. Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B sales and business development. Experience selling professional services, staffing, technology, or related solutions. Familiarity with contract negotiations and client relationship management. This is a remote position.
