Executive Clinical Account Specialist 1

Job Summary At Johnson & Johnson, our MedTech Sales team supports clinicians in delivering innovative solutions. The Executive Clinical Account Specialist (ECAS 1) provides expert clinical product and technical assistance, consultancy, and training on BWI systems and catheter equipment, including the CARTO® System components and related software modules and RF generators, to physicians and EP Lab staff within an assigned geography. Responsibilities Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance, consultancy and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the effective use of BWI’s systems and catheter equipment during case procedures. Educate customers on all BWI products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings. Collaborate with peers to share best innovative industry practices and increase value for customers. Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential transfer‑of‑value opportunities within the account. Create awareness of BWI solutions and facilitate upper‑management contact with key decision makers to drive incremental business, building sustainable relationships and networks within each customer account. Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling. Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team/pod (i.e., TM and other CAS), as well as the support team (i.e., Ultrasound CAS, FSE, RBD) and other internal and external partners. Develop and share best practices with US Field Sales and Service colleagues, and internal partners. Develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab, including physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical and hospital administrators and staff. Stay current on company product instructions for use (IFU), best practices, and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific and clinical literature and new product information. Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high‑stress environment, maintaining composure and a focus on problem solving. Engage in diagnostic dialogue with multiple internal and external business partners and stakeholders, and formulate solutions based on dialogue and input gained during operation room sessions. Provide mentoring for new BWI commercial team members as requested in the role of “Field Trainer.” Manage account documentation, compliance training requirements, expense reporting, and company system input. Maintain Safe Fleet standards according to company guidelines and ensure subordinates follow all company guidelines related to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices. Ensure personal and company compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field. Four (4) years of experience in a related occupation, such as an Executive Clinical Account Specialist or similar. Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 40% of the time and work at various unanticipated U.S. locations, including Pennsylvania. Time‑off benefits: Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for employees residing in Colorado; 56 hours for employees residing in Washington). Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year. Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year. Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child. Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year. Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period. Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year. Military Spouse Time‑Off – 80 hours per calendar year.
