Licensed Supervisor, Adolescent Day Treatment

We are seeking a motivated professional to oversee the Adolescent Day Treatment program in partnership with the school district team. This position provides clinical and operational leadership to ensure high-quality, client-centered care while supporting a cohesive, accountable, and mission-driven team. Salary: $75,000 - $82,000 per year Job Posted by ApplicantPro Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support clinicians and team members to deliver ethical and effective individual, group, and family therapy, skills development, and coordinated services. Foster collaboration, teamwork, and strengths-based consultation with internal team members and academic partners. Manage program operations, workflow, scheduling, capacity, and resource allocation to meet service demands and fiscal expectations. Hold team members accountable to performance goals, documentation standards, and agency policies. Provide crisis guidance, risk assessment, safety planning, and escalation to higher levels of care when necessary. Facilitate team meetings, supervision, and consultation to promote consistency, training, and best practices. Oversee hiring, onboarding, clinical development, performance evaluation, and corrective actions when appropriate. Conduct diagnostic assessments to support eligibility and enrollment. Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality standards and report program outcomes to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Masters degree in a mental health area. Independent professional licensure (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW), or license-eligible in Minnesota. At least two years of clinical experience working with adolescents experiencing severe emotional disturbance and their families, including trauma-informed practice and group work. Strong prioritization, decision-making, collaboration, and crisis-response skills. Ability to identify program improvements and support team strengths within a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in program management, clinical supervision, DHS compliance, or school-based services.
