Legal Office Services Associate
PRT Staffing is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Legal Office Services Associate to support daily operations within a prestigious law firm located in downtown Cleveland. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, provides exceptional customer service, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
Previous law firm or legal office experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
•    Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail
•    Assist with printing, copying, scanning, and document production requests
•    Provide reception desk coverage as needed
•    Set up conference rooms and hospitality services for meetings
•    Handle confidential and sensitive legal documents
•    Scan, name, organize, and prepare electronic files
•    Operate office equipment including copiers, scanners, and postage meters
•    Assist with shipping and receiving packages
•    Maintain mail, copy, and office supply areas
•    Track service requests and maintain accurate logs
•    Communicate professionally with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff
•    Complete assignments accurately while meeting time-sensitive deadlines
•    Perform additional office services duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required
•    High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
•    Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
•    Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
•    Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions
•    Comfortable working independently and solving routine issues
•    Professional communication skills and business demeanor
Preferred
•    1+ year of legal industry experience
•    Previous law firm, legal office, mailroom, copy center, document services, or office services experience
•    Experience operating printers, copiers, scanners, postage equipment, and document management systems
