Rare Disease - Hemophilia Account Specialist - New Jersey/Connecticut

Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional to drive hemophilia portfolio growth through strategic engagement with treatment centers, hematologists, and care teams. The role combines account management, disease education, and access support to improve patient outcomes in rare bleeding disorders.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-person customer engagement and sales performance across Hemophilia Treatment Centers and hematology providers
• Build compliant relationships with HTCs, hematologists, and multidisciplinary care teams within assigned territory
• Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging to support appropriate hemophilia product use
• Support patient access by communicating prior authorization, reimbursement support, and co-pay resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and remove access barriers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with associate's degree, 10+ years with high school diploma)
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory and reside within workable distance of accounts
• Strong product knowledge, disease-state expertise, and account management skills
• Demonstrated sales acumen and ability to engage key opinion leaders and multidisciplinary care teams

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base salary, plus sales incentive bonus
