Associate Sales Rep, Wound Reconstruction Solutions - Central New Jersey

Integra LifeSciences Corporation

Associate Sales Representative position focused on wound reconstruction solutions in the Central New Jersey territory. The role involves supporting sales of surgical products to hospital surgical teams and wound care settings, with 50% operating room time and mentorship from an experienced Account Manager for approximately 18 months.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new account opportunities within assigned territory
Provide operating room case coverage and customer service support
Build relationships with surgeons and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge
Assist in achieving revenue targets and sales quota attainment
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports and maintain compliance with company policies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
1-2 years outside sales, B2B sales, or healthcare-related experience
Located in or willing to relocate to New Brunswick/Morristown area
Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
Willingness to work in operating room environments
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
