Job description
- Lead end to end program delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously coordinating cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Define program scope objectives timelines budgets and success metrics
- Drive planning execution risk management and governance across program initiatives
- Monitor project progress identify dependencies and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Collaborate with business technology and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Establish program governance frameworks reporting mechanisms and performance dashboards
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates to leadership teams
- Track program budgets resource allocation and financial performance against targets
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards quality processes and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate change management activities and support successful business adoption
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and program outcomes
- Mentor project managers and team members fostering collaboration and accountability
- Utilize Agile Scrum Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies based on project needs
