Every day the industry and deugro face the challenges of the logistics industry and our employees use their expertise to ensure large cargo is transported safely, effectively, and efficiently, through innovative and creative logistical solutions.Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Project Manager in The Woodlands (Houston), USA.Key Responsibilities:The implementation of a business development plan as well as direct management of all details of project executions under your assignmentLeading all communications with clients and suppliersContract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to managementCreating high added-value technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients' tenders for RFI and RFQBudget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financingPrepare and submit budget quotations/tendersPrepare and perform surveys and fact-finding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipmentSourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposesEmploying company tools such as CRM or TMS to gain maximum advantage from themAttend exhibitions / fairs / seminars on requestEnsure and support quality implementation in the departmentSkills, Knowledge, and Expertise:Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwardingAt least five years' experience in project cargo freight forwarding, including breakbulk and heavy lift operationsAdvanced knowledge of international logistics dynamicsA team player attitude with a distinctive hands-on mentalityEnjoyment in working in a culturally diverse and dynamic environmentEnglish skills, written and verbalThe willingness to travel on national and international business trips (10–25%)What makes us the ideal choice?
