Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

• 25 - 32 hours per week
• Consistent scheduling
• Must be available nights and weekends (shop closes at 8pm at the latest)

The Role
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a barbershop coordinator. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of the barbershop. This position requires availability to work evenings and weekends. What Youll Do

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the barbershop
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our booking system
• Provide information to clients regarding services, pricing, and availability
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Sweep and tidy up the barbershop floor regularly
• Fold and organize towels and other linens
• Assist barbers with any administrative tasks as needed
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Manage inventory of retail products and restock as necessary
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
