Position Overview We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Business Development Associates to join our Iselin, NJ office. This role is ideal for recent graduates, graduating seniors, or individuals looking to launch a career in sales and business development. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities by connecting with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision‑makers within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and engineering organizations. Successful candidates will have exceptional communication skills, confidence in speaking with senior professionals, and a strong desire to develop a career in business development. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and hiring managers. Identify and qualify new business opportunities. Schedule meetings for senior sales and account management teams. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients. Research target companies and key decision‑makers. Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outreach methods to generate leads. Maintain accurate records of activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Support client engagement and business development initiatives. Occasionally travel to client meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows. Qualifications Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing. Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Comfortable making outbound cold calls and speaking with business leaders. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Self‑motivated, energetic, and goal‑oriented mindset. Proficient with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and other business tools. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
