Project Sales Representative

Identify, pursue, and develop new commercial HVAC and mechanical project opportunities Build long-term relationships with facility managers, building owners, engineers, contractors, and key decision-makers Conduct facility assessments and identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency Develop scopes of work, proposals, and engineered solutions tailored to customer needs Present recommendations, negotiate agreements, and close project sales Leverage CRM tools to manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle Technical Consulting Evaluate commercial HVAC and mechanical systems to identify repair, replacement, retrofit, and improvement opportunities Collaborate with internal engineering and technical experts to develop practical customer solutions Recommend cost-effective strategies that improve building performance and reduce long-term operating costs Help customers make informed decisions regarding their facility infrastructure Project Management Manage projects from award through completion Coordinate equipment procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and project resources Conduct project kickoff, planning, and turnover meetings Monitor project budgets, forecasts, profitability, billing, and collections Ensure projects meet customer expectations, safety standards, and contractual requirements What We're Looking For Required Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, HVAC service sales, project management, account management, or a related field Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and facility operations Experience identifying and developing project opportunities with commercial customers Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships and drive revenue growth Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously Preferred Background We are especially interested in candidates with experience as: HVAC Project Manager Mechanical Contractor Project Manager Mechanical Account Manager Facility Solutions Consultant Commercial HVAC Technician looking to transition into sales Mechanical Construction Professional with customer-facing experience Education & Technical Knowledge Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR Equivalent combination of trade experience, technical training, and education Strong understanding of mechanical systems and commercial building operations Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software Key Traits for Success Driven business developer with a passion for building relationships Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Self-starter capable of identifying and pursuing new opportunities Consultative sales approach focused on solving customer challenges Excellent communicator who can translate technical information into customer value Organized professional capable of balancing sales growth and project execution Join a Team That Values HVAC Expertise If you've built your career in the commercial HVAC industry and are looking for an opportunity to combine technical knowledge, customer relationships, and project leadership, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact while growing your career.
