In this role, you'll play an important part in maintaining accurate financial reporting while expanding your expertise across general ledger accounting, inventory, and manufacturing operations. You'll manage key accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close, while partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Production, Inventory, and Procurement teams.

GL Accountant Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and month-end close activities.
• Analyze account activity and variances and assist with financial reporting and management analysis.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audits, compliance, and internal control requirements.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Production, Inventory, and Procurement teams to support accurate reporting and business operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, documentation, reporting, and financial systems.

Pay: $90K - $95K annually

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

• Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with only Mondays in-office

GL Accountant Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and month-end close.
• Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, accrual accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experienced with inventory accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience working within ERP and accounting software systems.
