Accounting Assistant Opportunity
We're excited to be partnering with a long-established, family-owned wholesale distributor that has been a trusted name across the Pacific Northwest for decades. Known for their strong regional presence and continued expansion throughout the western states, they're looking to add a reliable and motivated Accounting Assistant to their team in Interbay (Seattle).
In this full-time, on-site role, you'll support the accounting department with a variety of tasks, including:
- Processing vendor invoices and payments
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Preparing monthly reports and spreadsheets
- Assisting with year-end 1099s and payroll back-up
- Providing general office and mail support
