Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop cohesive care plans.

Offer support and education to patients and their families, promoting continued progress outside clinical settings.

Participate in occasional inpatient therapy assessments and interventions for seamless continuity of care.

Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed with the latest advancements in speech therapy.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based practice for diverse populations, with in-depth knowledge of developmental and acquired communication disorders.

Excellent skills in interpersonal communication and collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.

Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to accommodate various cultural and linguistic requirements.
