Job Description:
We are seeking a Donor Engagement Manager to play a vital role in strengthening the Mission’s brand, fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and overall development operations. The ideal candidate will bring solid interpersonal and listening skills, basic math skills for donor tracking and stewardship accuracy, and an understanding of the Gospel Message that aligns with our Christ‐centered mission. Business experience is helpful and supports the operational, relational, and vendor‐coordination aspects of this role.
