Key qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state-issued SLP license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY supported with supervision provided
• Experience or interest in working within pediatric or K-12 school settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans in collaboration with education teams
• Provide direct intervention and support through creative, evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff
• Work primarily onsite with one designated remote day per week
