Description

1. Attend meetings with program area responsible for applications impacted by Managed Care.
2. Designing and programming the enhancements for the impacted applications, using both web forms and- MVC (Model View Controller) architectural patterns.
3. Designing and Programming a user-friendly interface using complex data structures and complex form layouts.
4. Designing and programming in .Net environment using Team Foundation Server.

Mandatory Qualifications 1 84 months of experience in object-oriented analysis, design, and programming (OOA/OOD/OOP), including Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), N-tier architecture, and Model-View-Controller (MVC) design patterns. 2 84 months of experience in written and verbal communication skills, analysis of business requirements, the ability to prepare technical documentation, system design specifications, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders. 3 84 months of experience developing, maintaining, and supporting console and web applications using C# and .NET technologies, ComponentOne controls, reusable utilities, APIs, libraries, and related programming components from business analysis and requirements. 4 84 months of experience performing systems analysis and design, including the creation of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), State Transition Diagrams, and both high-level and detailed technical design documentation. 5 60 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 and later, developing applications in .NET Core, and .NET (8 through 10), with source control experience utilizing Azure DevOps and Git. 6 60 months of proficient SQL language experience in Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), stored procedures, indexes, triggers, cursors, views, and user-defined functions (UDFs). 7 Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
