• Hours: 6 am to 7:30 pm and 8 am - 9:30 pm (13 hours guaranteed with .5 hour unpaid lunch break, including some weekend shifts.)

• Call: No Call
\n
• Cases: No Blocks, NO OB, No Hearts; cases vary consistent with level 1 trauma center. General Anesthesia, Neuro and Spine, Orthopedics, Oncology: ENT, GYN, Urology.
\n
• # cases/day: 3-5
\n
• Practice Model: Medically Directed
\n
• Credentialing: 60 days
\n
• Staff: 11 CRNA on staff
\n
• OR's: 9 rooms 1 vascular
\n
• Ages: Mainly adults. will see 14-15yrs for sports injury
\n
