Merck is recruiting an intern for a 12-week Future Talent Program role supporting global clinical development standards and training initiatives. The position involves assisting with process documentation, training materials, metrics development, and cross-functional process improvement activities.
Responsibilities
- Support development and updates of clinical operations process documentation
- Assist in creating training materials aligned with R&D learning and development initiatives
- Support delivery of live, virtual, or recorded training sessions
- Develop and calculate process metrics to track operational performance
- Support cross-functional teams working on business process improvements
Requirements
- Completion of at least 1 year toward BS/BA in health-related, life science, or analytical field
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Project management and organizational aptitude
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Process improvement and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to embrace change and collaborate across functions
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111 USD
