Merck seeks interns for a 12-week Future Talent Program supporting the Global Clinical Trial Operations Project Management Office. Interns will assist with strategic initiatives, process standardization, and tool development while gaining exposure to clinical research and drug development.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management support for strategic clinical operations initiatives
- Assist with simplification and standardization of global processes within GCTO
- Develop tools and generate process maps to enhance clinical trial conduct
- Create performance metrics and effective communications for project teams
- Deliver capstone presentation summarizing internship objectives and activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time in BS/BA program in business, project management, continuous improvement, computer technology, or science discipline
- Completed at least two years of collegiate study by June 2027
- Available to work full-time for up to 12 weeks beginning May or June 2027
- No relocation or visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $39,908 - $111,111 USD
