SAP CRM ISU Consultant

Role Overview Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment. Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives. Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. Responsibilities 10+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects. Experience across Electricity, Gas & Water Utilities industries. Experience with CRM –ISU Integration. Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects. Technical Requirements Understanding on IS Utilities Business & Technical Master Data Setup Understanding of Meter to Cash Flow & Transactions Understanding of CRM-ISU Replication process Experience in Print Workbench area Expertise in Workflow analysis for Date Exchange process & Market Communication Expertise in IDex Setup, Partner Profile setup, COMEV/COMPR process Able to Identify Enhancement points & BADI’s in Standard SAP Transactions Able to Analyze Batch Job Failure’s & Creation of Custom Mass Activities Expertise in Performance Optimization of Batch jobs & Custom Code Good understanding of Release Management/Deployment Activities Preferred Skills SAP Industry Solution> SAP Utilities (SAP ISU), SAP Industry Solution> SAP Utilities (SAP ISU)>> SAP IS-UTILITIES ABAP (SAP ISU ABAP) #J-18808-Ljbffr
