What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU in partnership with neonatologists
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal procedures
• Support patient management, family education, and care planning
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across pediatric specialties
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship programs
• Act as a vital part of a dynamic care team dedicated to neonatal excellence

What You Need

• Valid Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) (FNP, PNP not accepted)
• Michigan state license or eligibility to practice
• 0+ years of experience (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
