Life Science Associate Project Manager

Title: Associate Project Manager
Location: Carlsbad, CA 92008
Duration: 6 Months
DAY SHIFT: M-F 7AM-4PM/8AM -5PM
Pay: $34 - $36/hr.
100% onsite role.
Communication and ability to change priorities are key and need to be VERY strong in English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating process maps, updating SOPs, creating project plans or tracking systems, analyzing data and making recommendations, SKU set up and process improvement related project work.
- Candidates must have a working knowledge MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and various database systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of biological technologies; cell biology, gene editing, genetic engineering, stem cell biology are a plus.
- An ability to focus and not easily distracted is required as well as being comfortable with change and shifting priorities.
Successful candidate will have strong skills in the following areas:
- Written and verbal communications,
- Interpersonal cross functional team-based interaction
- Organizational and detail orientation, analytical, planning, and problem solving.
- Should also be intellectually curious and results oriented.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. in Business, Biology/Chemistry or other life sciences program.
- 2+ Years of Experience as a PM required
- Must be able to work in a professional office environment with HIGH communication skills.
- Will be supporting multiple people, a lot of common sense and logic is needed.
