About the

Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and support the continued expansion of our port

folio.

• bjectives.Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned
• accounts.Develop and maintain strong client relationships while addressing escalated operational concerns and servi
• ce issues.Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop operational leaders and staff to build a strong leadership
• pipeline.Ensure adequate staffing levels in collaboration with Human Resources and operational l
• eadership.Drive operational consistency, accountability, and service excellence across all
• locations.Execute marketing initiatives, revenue control procedures, and operational improvement s
• trategies.Analyze operational and financial data from multiple systems to identify trends and improve decisi
• on-making.Lead special projects, operational initiatives, and process improvement efforts across the
• portfolio.Support business development efforts including site evaluations, proposals, client presentations, and account tr
• ansitions.Assist with onboarding and transition planning for new accounts, including staffing, training, supply procurement, and operatio
• nal setup.Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and applicable laws and re
• gulations.Foster a positive, people-first culture aligned with Parkwell's Vision, Mission, a
• nd Values.Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Business Development, and Executive Leadership to support company-wide in

Pay range

and compensation package

$110,000 - $140,000 per year (depending on qualifications a
