HOA Community Manager

PMP Management is seeking a dynamic team player to join our growing Los Angeles team as a Community Manager . You’ll manage a portfolio of 5–7 associations with dedicated support from an Associate Manager, Customer Care Champions, and a full administrative team giving you the space to focus on exceptional service, trusted Board partnerships, and thriving communities. In this role, you will: Serve as the primary liaison for Association Boards and homeowners Oversee association operations, inspections, maintenance follow-up, and community priorities Review financial reports and provide thoughtful recommendations to Boards Deliver the extraordinary customer service that sets PMP apart What you bring: HOA portfolio or on-site management experience preferred Strong communication, customer service, organization, and financial-reporting skills CMCA certification preferred A positive, accountable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr PMP Management
