UNIMART is looking for Prep Cooks who are passionate about fresh ingredients, quality, and consistency. Help us prepare the fresh grab-and-go meals that will fuel Orlando every day.
What You'll Do:
- Prep and portion ingredients to recipe standards
- Prepare sauces, stocks, and kitchen bases
- Assemble and package fresh grab-and-go items
- Label, store, and maintain food safety standards
- Coordinate production needs with the Store Manager
- Keep a clean and organized kitchen
