Position: Daycare Preschool Teacher
As a Preschool Teacher, you'll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. You'll build trusted relationships with families as you provide nurturing care and help children develop their foundation. Responsibilities
·         Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children
·         Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you
·         Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space. 
·         Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community. 
·         Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. 
·         Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Director-level experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of state licensing regulations.
• Highly effective organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in overseeing all preschool operations.
• A strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining staff.
• Commitment to building positive, trusting relationships with families and the community.
