Director of Finance

Director of Finance – Growth & Integration (Onsite 3x/wk in Los Angeles) Reports to: VP of Finance We're seeking a Director of Finance to help lead M&A, financial planning, and integration efforts for a fast-growing healthcare services organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership on acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and post-close integration, while also overseeing core FP&A functions. It's a strong fit for someone who enjoys both deal work and building scalable financial infrastructure. What You'll Do M&A & Growth Lead financial due diligence on acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships Build underwriting models, cash flow projections, and valuation analyses Coordinate diligence with legal, lenders, and outside advisors Evaluate operational, regulatory, and reimbursement risk during deal review Lead post-close financial integration and transition planning Strategic Initiatives Drive cross-functional projects spanning finance, operations, HR, and compliance Support organizational redesign and infrastructure scaling efforts Deliver financial and operational analysis for executive decision-making FP&A Oversight Own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and debt covenant compliance Build dashboards and KPI reporting for executive leadership Partner with operations to improve margin and efficiency What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years in a financial leadership role 3+ years of M&A or transaction advisory experience, ideally in healthcare Background in healthcare operations (skilled nursing, senior living, or post-acute care a plus) Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Experience with lenders, debt structures, and financing transactions Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to executive leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
