Controller — Heavy Civil / General Engineering Construction A well-established, family-owned heavy civil contractor in the Santa Clarita Valley is looking for a Controller to run their accounting function outright. This is a rare seat with no CFO layer — you'd own job costing, WIP, close, and compliance, reporting straight to the VP with a real seat at the table with ownership. You'd be stepping in alongside a long-tenured Controller staying on through the transition to help it stick. Fully on-site, 5 days a week. Base is $140,000–$175,000 DOE plus a performance-based annual bonus.
