You’ll manage a varied caseload of 80–100 students, delivering essential speech-language therapy services to help students reach their communication goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license/credentials
• School-based experience as an SLPA, or familiarity with PreK–12 student populations preferred
• Ability to adjust to multiple school settings due to district coverage needs
• Completion of background check and all standard district clearance requirements
• Positive, adaptable attitude working on-site and openness to teletherapy backup if needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across multiple grade levels
• Collaborate with supervising SLP and educational teams to tailor therapy
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
• Engage with students, staff, and families in a professional and empathetic manner
• Adapt to varied caseloads and settings as assigned within the district
