Step into a rewarding school-based role as a Speech-Language Pathologist providing maternity leave coverage from August 10, 2026, through the first week of November 2026. This contract position supports students in grades K–8 across two closely situated campuses: an elementary and an intermediate/middle school. With a manageable caseload of approximately 90 students, you’ll play a vital role in fostering communication development and academic success in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure (Indiana)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in K–8 or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations with individualized needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to students in elementary and intermediate/middle school settings
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records, write progress reports, and contribute to IEPs
• Flexibly split your workday between two buildings (conveniently located across a parking lot), setting your own schedule to accommodate student and school needs
