Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Previous stand-up reach truck experience required Experience operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment Cherry picker experience preferred

Job Duties Operate stand-up reach trucks to move, store, and retrieve materials Use cherry pickers as assigned after completing site-specific training Load, unload, and transport inventory throughout the warehouse Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred. Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities Wear steel-toe footwear at all times Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments. Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
