If you have experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, packaging, or logistics, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable manufacturing company where accuracy, organization, and teamwork are valued.What We OfferCompetitive pay of $18.00-$22.00/hour, depending on experience1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PMOpportunity for quarterly bonusesStable, full-time employmentClean, organized manufacturing environmentSupportive team culture with opportunities to growWhat You'll DoReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments.Package finished products securely for customer delivery.Prepare shipping documentation, packing slips, and invoices.Coordinate shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other shipping methods.Maintain accurate inventory counts and shipping records.Keep the shipping and receiving area organized and stocked with supplies.Work closely with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure on-time deliveries.Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.QualificationsPrevious experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or material handling preferred.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, ERP/MRP systems, or inventory software is a plus.Ability to accurately count, organize, and track inventory.Strong attention to detail and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 60 lbs.Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movement.Ability to work safely in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.Apply today to join our team as a Shipping Clerk in Latrobe, PA!
