Summary We are seeking a motivated Systems Engineer / Requirements Engineer with 2–6 years of automotive systems engineering experience to join our engineering team. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 2–6 years of experience in automotive systems, embedded software, or product development. Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience OR formal training/certification in one or more of the following Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) engineering process areas: SYS.1 – System Requirements Analysis SWE.1 – Software Requirements Analysis Experience or knowledge of gathering stakeholder requirements, analyzing customer needs, and developing clear, complete, and testable engineering requirements. Basic understanding of the Automotive V-Model development lifecycle and requirements traceability. Familiarity with requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, DOORS Next, Polarion, Jama, Codebeamer, PTC Integrity, or similar . Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Formal Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) training or certification covering SYS.1, SYS.2, or SWE.1 . Experience with requirement decomposition, system architecture, or software requirements development. Exposure to ISO 26262 Functional Safety and/or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or other Agile project management tools. Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) is a plus.
