Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, using standardized assessment tools and interview techniques.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, to facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs and goals of each client, which include measurable outcomes and interventions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated care approach, including regular case consultations and team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when needed, maintaining a clear focus on client safety and support.

• Manage documentation meticulously in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring timely and accurate records of sessions and treatment progress.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups aimed at enhancing client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families struggling with mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties.
