Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Indianapolis-Illinois
argenx
argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Rheumatology business covering Indianapolis, Evansville, and Springfield markets. The role focuses on driving demand and building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers to expand patient access to VYVGART and advance autoimmune disease treatment.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging customer and market insights
- Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
- Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Demonstrated Rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and execution
- Territory and account strategy planning and execution experience
- Deep understanding of market access dynamics and specialty pharmacy environments
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Must reside within assigned territory
