Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed retail sales goals. Ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction. Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills, driving growth and success. What We're Looking For: At least 5 years of automotive retail management experience. A proven track record with a manufacturer, specifically within the Ford brand. A natural-born leader with a drive for excellence and team success.
