Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Schedule: Shift: 1900 - 0730 (19:00) Type: Nights Hours: 4 x 12 Hrs

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 4 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in telemetry nursing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting changes as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing support staff.
