This role supports the following areas: Asset management & performance Post-acquisition platform integrations Selective new investment diligence and execution Key Responsibilities Asset Management & Performance Analyze financial statements and trackKPIs,utilization, and financial performance across chassis and container portfolios Support operating reviews and help track progress against key metrics Assistinidentifyingoperational and commercial improvement opportunities Integration Execution Support workstreams across intermodal investment portfolio companies Support progress on systems, reporting, governance, and operating cadence Coordinate across internal teams and external partners Deal & Post-Close Execution Support investment due diligence and execution of add-on investments Support post-close execution plans and integration tracking Data, Reporting & Process Support the preparation of Board / IC materials and helpmaintainDelegation of Authority documentation Build andmaintaindashboards and portfolio views Improve data integrity and reporting consistency Help develop workflows to support reporting and data processes Special Projects Support analysis of opportunistic asset sales Support fleet strategy and optimization initiatives Strong ability to read and interpret financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) - a core requirement for this role 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, asset management, investing, banking, corporate finance, real estate, infrastructure, leasing, consulting, or a similar field Proactive and detail-oriented, with a willingness to take initiative Comfortable across financeand operations, with familiarity in data analytics considered a plus Able tooperatein a fast-paced, evolving environment with significant opportunity for growth Medical, dental and vision plans 401(k) plan Other employee perks #J-18808-Ljbffr ITE MGMT
