Associate, Asset Diligence & Portfolio Oversight

The Asset Diligence & Portfolio Oversight Associate role at Magnetar involves supporting due diligence and portfolio oversight processes. Collaborate with teams to assess company performance and risks. Monitor portfolio companies and track their performance. Assist in the valuation process and transaction closings. Work with various teams to ensure best practices are followed. What You Need 4-7+ years of experience in finance, audit, or consulting. Strong skills in financial analysis and valuation. Experience with operational improvements and reporting. Familiarity with investment processes like due diligence and valuations. Ability to develop and track key performance indicators.
