Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Registered Nurse with at least one year of hospice experience. The RN will provide care for terminally ill patients in their homes or nursing facilities, managing a caseload of 5-6 visits per day within a designated area covering Harrison, Barbour, Upshur, Lewis, Taylor, Doddridge, and Wetzel counties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with terminal illnesses.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and manage symptoms.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records using EPIC EMR.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of hospice experience.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Active RN license in West Virginia.
