Weekend Nurse Supervisor - RN | German Centre Home $47.00 - $52.00/hour, based on experience Part-Time | Every Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) | 7:00AM – 7:00PM At German Centre Home, we not only provide compassionate and comprehensive care, but we are a leader in the industry when it comes to the value we place on resident care and employee appreciation! Delivering Solutions that Matter:Overseeing day-to-day activities, managing nurses and certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.Taking full responsibility for residents' nursing care, monitoring conditions, following physician orders, and applying recognized nursing standards.Recognizing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, initiating or assisting with interventions, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.Instructing nursing staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with administrative and clinical standards.On-Call one weekday shift per week and every 6th weekend and holiday on-call rotation.
