Kelly Services is hiring a Temporary Quality Control Inspector (Quality Coordinator) to monitor and enforce all food quality and safety programs (HACCP, SSOP, GMP) throughout the facility. This position supports the Quality Supervisor and works collaboratively with production and quality teams to uphold quality standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily record reviews to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
• Conduct daily food sensory evaluations for product quality assurance
• Manage food safety and product quality holds and oversee product release processes
• Deliver food safety and quality training to facility personnel
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve non-conformance issues or product holds
• Conduct routine audits of HACCP documentation and manufacturing processes
• Collect routine microbiological samples
• Perform pre-operational line inspections
• Offer guidance to quality assurance technicians, team managers, and line leads based on past experiences
• Routinely climb and lift up to 50 lb. boxes in a multi-climate environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in a quality role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in the packaging or food products industry
• Prior HACCP experience required
• Knowledge of SAP
• Understanding of FDA regulations
