Position: Canvassing Manager - Build & Lead a High-Performing Team

Responsibilities:
- Interview, train, coach, and motivate canvassers
- Manage territories and daily mapping requirements
- Develop winning outreach and neighborhood strategies
- Monitor team performance and key metrics
- Lead team meetings and provide ongoing coaching
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize results
- Create a culture focused on growth, teamwork, and success
Experience:
- Leadership experience in canvassing
- Home Improvement or related industry experience is required
