Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse/Materials Supervisor 1st Shift (6:30am-3:30pm M-F)The Warehouse/Materials Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material movement activities to ensure safe, accurate, efficient, and timely support of production operations. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse personnel, monitors workflow performance, maintains compliance with company procedures and safety requirements, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and communicates operational priorities and issues to the Warehouse/Materials Manager.High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification, logistics training, or related coursework preferred.Minimum of three years of experience in a warehouse, materials, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, or production support environment.Minimum of one year of experience using ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or related business software systems.Prior supervisory, lead, or team coordination experience preferred.Valid driver's license required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to read, understand, and interpret work instructions, production documentation, inventory records, bills of material, and engineering drawings.Ability to write clear instructions, reports, shift updates, and documentation, and to present information effectively to employees, peers, and management.Working knowledge of workplace safety practices required; familiarity with OSHA requirements preferred.Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and communicate directions clearly to employees.Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with company procedures and training requirements.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations related to inventory, quantities, measurements, and production support.Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.Ability to push or pull up to 1,200 lbs. with a manual rolling assist device.Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, sit, and climb ladders for more than one hour at a time as job duties require.Ability to work at heights of up to 20 feet when properly trained and authorized.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.MachineryChemicals, (See SDS)DustNoiseProtective clothing and equipment may be requiredUse of a computer or electronic equipment may be requiredHavis, Inc.Headquartered in Warminster, PAISO 9001 and 14001 Certified - Quality Management SystemFast growing company in a niche, growing marketplaceCompany offers Health, Dental, Vision and 401(k) Plan with employer match100% employer paid STD, LTD and Life & ADD benefitsGenerous paid time off (PTO) and holiday benefitsCompetitive pay commensurate with education, skills, and experienceHavis designs and manufactures market-leading Computing, Mounting, Power, and Transport Solutions.
