Role Overview The Fleet Administrative Assistant supports the Fleet Title and Registration team by coordinating vehicle title, registration, and renewal activities across the organization. This role serves as a key administrative resource for internal departments, field operations, equipment vendors, and registration partners to ensure documentation is processed accurately and on time. How You Will Make an Impact Support vehicle title and registration activities for field and home office operations. Process new and renewal registrations, including IRP registrations, state plates, replacement plates, and specialty plates. Assist with state sales tax audits and vendor invoice reviews. Coordinate documentation for equipment sales and auctions. Maintain title records, transfer documentation, and organizational files. Process title and registration transfers related to operational changes, mergers, and acquisitions. Communicate with field personnel, vendors, management, and internal departments. What You Will Bring Preferred experience with vehicle title and registration processes. Preferred experience supporting sales tax audits. Previous administrative or office support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication abilities. Notary experience preferred; willingness to obtain a notary license after hire.
