PrideStaff is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a manufacturing company located in Redlands, CA. This is a 3-to-6-month contract with potential to extend longer. This is not a work from home position. Please see job requirements below to be considered.
- Pay Range: $21-$25 hourly depending on experience
- Shift: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Job Summary
Seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to provide temporary transactional and administrative support to the Accounting team.
- Perform high-volume invoice processing and data entry in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely entry of vendor invoices.
- Perform three-way matching of vendor invoices to purchase orders and goods receipts; identify discrepancies and route exceptions to the appropriate team member for resolution.
- Review invoices for completeness, proper documentation, and required approvals.
- Assist with monitoring invoice queues, outstanding items, and processing backlogs.
- Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with vendor inquiries, invoice status research, and other routine AP administrative tasks as needed.
Desired Experience
- 1+ year of Accounts Payable, accounting clerical, or similar administrative experience preferred.
- Prior experience with invoice processing and three-way matching preferred.
- ERP experience preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong data-entry accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and oral drug test prior to start
